The location is excellent. It's just two blocks away from Sendai Station. It is close enough yet not directly facing all the buzz. Because it is newly renovated, so it is very modern and clean. The room is huge in Japanese standard. There is a study table and a coffee table, so it is just right for mine and wife's need. I must mention the freebies corner. There are soft drinks, coffee, tea, soup, ice-cream and a lot of tidbits, and a huge guest lounge where you can rest and chilled before going back to the room. Also must mention is the toiletries corner where you can collect whatever you need. Just spoilt with choices. Another worth mention is the lady traffic controller who direct car parking gave good and clear instructions. Thumbs-up.

Very good location and facilities including breakfast and providing free ice cream and drinks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel sfaff provided professional service although language was sometimes a problem.

Room was clean and very centrally located near Sendai station where all the shopping malls and restaurants are. They are also very generous in providing additional amenities that guests could take any time from the main lobby. Highly recommended and I would stay at the same hotel if I ever returned to Sendai.

I expected a tiny room because it was the cheapest option around Sendai Station. But I’ve got a big room (in Jp standards) with a big bed, I even had a place to do yoga in the room. The bathroom was comfy too, with a big bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and fast. I couldn’t return to hotel to pick up my luggage on the next day, so they agreed to help to send it to my address in Kyoto. All these things made me very satisfied. Will stay at Richmond Hotel on my next time in Sendai.

Spotless clean+ amazing play area for kids . It was an excellent surprise. Also the free icecream (and goodies) are a big plus

I wasn't a fan of the pillows, BUT other then that, I loved the hotel and would (will) stay there again next year when I come visit my daughter. It was an excellent value! Loved the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Clean, bright, modern facilities. Very child friendly facilities. Free coffee, ice cream and all the things you might need for a stay with your young family.
