Richmond Hotel Sendai

The location is excellent. It's just two blocks away from Sendai Station. It is close enough yet not directly facing all the buzz. Because it is newly renovated, so it is very modern and clean. The room is huge in Japanese standard. There is a study table and a coffee table, so it is just right for mine and wife's need. I must mention the freebies corner. There are soft drinks, coffee, tea, soup, ice-cream and a lot of tidbits, and a huge guest lounge where you can rest and chilled before going back to the room. Also must mention is the toiletries corner where you can collect whatever you need. Just spoilt with choices. Another worth mention is the lady traffic controller who direct car parking gave good and clear instructions. Thumbs-up.

I wasn't a fan of the pillows, BUT other then that, I loved the hotel and would (will) stay there again next year when I come visit my daughter. It was an excellent value! Loved the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The staff was very kind, she gave information about nearby attractions and things to do near the stay.

Love the Richmond hotels, you always know what to expect. Great location loved the coffee/soup bar
